A pleasure to deal with

Golden West was a pleasure to deal with, right from when we first met them at the Edmonton Home Show. They also were the first company to give us an estimate (actually, estimates on several different types of shingles, which turned out to be a good thing because we ended up picking a solid middle-of-the-road shingle that we weren’t initially considering). The estimates were all as good or better than every other estimate we got. Once we signed the deal, Golden West told us they’d be out to do our roof the next week and in mid-week, there they were. They split the work over two days, stopping the first day due to an approaching rain storm, and cleaned up any garbage lying around at the end of each work session. We are very happy with our new roof. We had a similar experience with the eavestroughs. We were told two or three weeks, and when the workers came, they were in and out in a few hours.
